Rick Darden joined Keys Accounting & Tax Service, Inc. in August 2008. He is responsible for all aspects related to new client relations, including:
- Tax planning and consulting for firm clients
- Individual planning and tax preparation
- Business development, leadership and management training
- Prospecting and proposal development
- Corporate and small business Accounting and Tax Specialist
Rick has a degree in accounting from the University of Central Florida and completed his CPA requirements at the University of North Florida. He is a licensed CPA in the State of Florida and is enrolled to practice before the Internal Revenue Service. Other achievements and affiliations are as follows:
- Member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants
Rick has experience working in corporate accounting for companies such as Home Depot where he was responsible for over 200 employees and $53 million in business as well as controller of a marine company. Rick has tax and accounting experience in servicing the financial needs of clients in a wide range of business industries.
